Haavard Wenger is on his way to becoming an elite QB. He was a standout in the JV Class at our Level up Camp last July in Austria winning an MVP award and continues to be a standout in Norway. With a cannon for an arm and the ability to extend plays standing at 5’11 and only 17 years old, Haavard has all the makings of what and elite QB can be. Keep your eyes on him this year
How long have you been playing Football?
I’ve played for 6 years now and on to my seventh season upcoming.
What are your strengths as a Player?
My strengths on the field is that I move very well when the pocket collapses and read the pressure to scramble to the open gap. Leadership, vision, and the ability to take off if I have too. My biggest strength is my athleticism. I use it to help extend plays on offense and to create plays on defense.
Who do you watch the most and try to play like?
My biggest idol is Cam Newton. I like how he plays, because he can often make something happen every play. He’s a fast and big guy. He can throw accurate to the short and deep routes. He’s a great leader, and he knows how to make his team great.
Have you taken the SAT test?
have never taken it
What are your expectations this season?
My expectations for this year is to be the best I can be on and off the field.
Why should a team recruit you?
I’m a hard worker, listen to instructions from the coaches, always eager to learn and grow as a football player and as a man, have a passion for the game, I play for the name on the front of the jersey not the name on the back.
