The Quarterback is argued to be the most important position on the football field in todays game. Interestingly enough, over the past five years fan of American football have witnessed athletes such as Kyler Murry, Russell Wilson, Baker Mayfield, and Lamar Jackson challenge what a “prototype” quarterback looks like in football at the college and pro level.
Justin Kowalak is not on the same level as the NFL quarterbacks that were mentioned above just yet. But this left handed Quarterback who started playing football in England has a bright future and will be an immediate impact player at the college football level. Despite his stat stuffed high school football career, Kowalak still seems to be underrated and under recruited by college football programs. For the past four years Kowalak has proven to be one of the most competitive QB’s playing high school football in the state of Illinois. During his four years of high school football Kowalak racked up 55 total touchdowns and nearly 6,000 yards of total offense. His preformance on the field earned him All-Conference honors 3 times. Kowalak was also named to the All-Area honorable mention list three times, and All-State honorable mention twice.
