(Peru, Neb.) – Peru State football coach Casey Creehan recently announced that Lander Imbimbo (New Haven, United Kingdom) signed his national letter of intent to join the Bobcat football program this fall.

Imbimbo, son of Maribel Regalado and Alex Imbimbo, is an international student from the United Kingdom. He went to Bristol Academy of Sport for High School and attended East Coast Prep East Coast Prep this past fall.

The 6’1, 180-pound wide receiver was successful in his high school career as he was selected to the All-European Team three times, was named as Captain of the All-European Team, and was player of the year as a senior.

He will join the ‘Cats this fall and major in management. In addition to his football scholarship, Imbimbo has accepted the Dean’s Success Award.
