Europe's Elite is excited to announce our player evaluation program. The player evaluation program is for players that would like to improve their football skills and pursue the opportunity to play football at the high school or college level. We specifically designed this program for athletes in Europe. We have put together a trusted staff to assist players, families and coaches with all of the details and information that is needed for European players. contact email: info@europeselite.com
 

Player Evaluation

1Film Evaluation
Players will have their film evaluated by current and former NFL and NCAA coaches. This evaluation will be able to determine what level of players you are, areas of improvements and overall standing of where you are as a football player.
2Consultation Calls
Family's will receive 3 consultation calls from current NFL coach Evan Harrington and former Division 1 recruiting coordinator Lee Rose.
3Highlight Film Exposeure
Players highlight film will be shared to over 100+ college coaches and high schools through our Europe's Elite network.
4Player Exposure
For maximum exposure players will have a spotlight article written about them. In addition this article will be shared through our various social media platforms.
5Life Skills Consultation
In our life skills consultation players will learn about the do's and dont's of recruiting.
 

Lee Rose- Evaluation program director

Head Coach- Warsaw Eagles


Lee Rose is the head coach of the Warsaw, Eagles in Warsaw, Poland. In 2019, he served as the head coach for the Croydon Rangers in Melbourne, Australia. Coach Rose is the program director for our player evaluation service. Originally from Charlotte, NC, Rose is a former Division 1 Student-Athlete who played Linebacker at Indiana University and achieved All-Academic Big Ten in 2011. He graduated in 2012 with a degree in Management. Coach Rose has experiences on both sides of the recruiting process, not only as a high school recruited athlete, but also as a Division 1 NCAA recruiter. Following his playing career with Indiana University Hoosiers, he spent 5 years coaching the Butler University Bulldogs. At Butler he served as a recruiting coordinator identifying talent and taking high school players through the recruiting process. While at Butler, he obtained a MBA with a concentration in Leadership. Fun Fact: Lee Rose is a 3rd generation coach following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. His father, Mike Rose, is an accomplished high school football coach in North Carolina and his grandfather is a retired NBA and NCAA basketball coach.

Kaled Leach- Football recruting analyst

Coach- Vienna Vikings


Kaleb Leach is one of the program directors for our player evaluation program. Coach Leach is currently a member of the Vienna Vikings coaching staff in Vienna Austria. Here he serves as a speed &, conditioning ,and coach's Running Backs. Before moving to Austria coach Leach played four years of college football at top ranked D-2 program Florida Tech, and one year of college football in Canada at the University of Toronto. After finishing his college playing career coach Leach began his international coaching and playing journey. Since 2017 coach Leach has gained experience as a player or coach in countries such as Germany, Austria and Japan. For the past year Kaleb has also played a major role in the business development of Europe's Elite.

Evan Harrington - International player analyst and liason

Coach- Washington Redskins


Evan Harrington is a current assistant coach and the assistant director of player engagement for the Washington Redskins. Coach Harrington was the run game coordinator at Independence Community College in 2018 which will be featured in the 2019 Netflix show Last Chance U. Prior to coaching at Independence, Harrington was the head coach of the Winterthur Warriors in the Swiss Football League from 2016-18 and played running back and linebacker for the Frankfurt Galaxy in 2015 and the Basel Gladiators in 2014. Before playing in Europe, he coached the running backs at Clayton Valley High School in California and was a graduate assistant at the University of Colorado in 2012. Harrington played one season for the Edmonton Eskimos in the Canadian Football League in 2011 after spending training camp with the San Diego Chargers. Harrington played at Colorado University from 2010-11. He played linebacker his junior year and transitioned to fullback his senior season. He graduated with a degree in sociology.
