How long have you been playing football?
I’ve been playing football for almost 4 years now.
What are your strengths as a player?
One of my strengths is my aggressiveness at the line of scrimmage. My opponents can’t hardly get off the jam to gain enough space to be a possible target as soon as they do play is already over. I also have a great field vision and am able to anticipate plays very early, that’s why I used to play Safety in my very first football games which means that I can recognize the type of play very fast. My tackles are very clean and the most Running Backs in our league are not a real problem and certainly not Receivers. In addition, I’ve got tremendous catching skills, so if I notice a possible interception you are probably going to find the ball in my hands and that is one reason why I also like to play Receiver sometimes.
Have you taken the SAT?
No, I have not taken it yet.
Who do you watch the most and try to play like?
I don’t really try to imitate a specific player or his style but Odell Beckham Jr. is kind of a role model for me because of his dedication to the game. His athletics and his unique attitude and if you know how a Receiver thinks and what techniques he uses do you know how to defend them as well. I watch many videos of Jalen Ramsey and Vernon Hargreaves, especially from their college career but I think I learned the most through YouTube Videos and took over those techniques which worked out in the game or I listened to advice from experienced coaches at regional camps.
What are your expectations for this year?
It’s still my number one goal to find a school in the USA to play for and to showcase my abilities there on a higher level while playing against a bigger competition. I want to gain some weight and get even faster myself and want to lead my team to win our division back to back.
How has football affected your life outside of the sport?
Football affected my life in which I became more determined which is noticeable by my grades and additionally I got rid off some supposed friends who were really just doubters which helped me to stay focused and to work even harder.
Why should a team recruit you?
Because they would get a player who is willing to sacrifice almost everything to get better and to reach his goal and it doesn’t matter if you see me on the field, in the classroom or or in the weight room, you will see me give it all to fulfill my dreams. I give everything for my team and my brothers on the field so I’m therefore very flexible so if your Receiver is injured, I’m there. If you’re Safety is injured, I’m there. If you’re linebacker is injured, I’m there and so on. All that, apart from the fact that you would get a athlete who could help your team everywhere on the field but who makes life difficult for every Wide Receiver as a Cornerback. You would get a player who is ready to play American Football on the next level in the USA.
